We will then perform an onsite low profile due diligence to confirm the status and commitments of the business. We will then negotiate a (LOI) letter of intent that is suitable and acceptable to both parties.
Advising a Business
We respect your need to seek advice and maintain confidentiality.We will meet and confirm the rationale and need for an engagement. We will then finalize the scope and letter of engagement that is suitable and acceptable to both parties. A typical engagement involves an initial meeting with you or your chosen group to gather information on the current business strategy and operations, historical operating and financial information. We will then perform an onsite low profile due diligence to validate the status of the business and quality of information. From there we will re-validate the rationale and scope of engagement.
